PLEASE NOTE: This item is for the club logo + name/number EMBROIDERY SERVICE ONLY. 
Backpacks must be purchased separately through the Aces Volleyball Club or elsewhere (Please see Club Director for ordering information).  We reserve the right to review all backpack models for embroidery suitability.  Please contact us prior to ordering Embroidery if you have any questions about embroidery on your backpack model.

Personalize your backpack with
Aces Logo + Name (Last OR First - you specify) + Number

 

  • Approximate size of embroidered area ~ 4" x 4"
  • If you do NOT want a number on your bag, please enter “NA” in the number field. 

Steps for Placing a Backpack Embroidery Order:

  1. Order your backpack from Aces Volleyball Club (See Club Director Ryan Sampson about where to order) or elsewhere.
  2. Place your order for embroidery here and notify Club Director Ryan Sampson that your backpack is to be embroidered when it arrives.  
  3. The club will then deliver your backpack to Heartland Designs for embroidery when it is received from the manufacturer.
  4. We will return your bag to Club Director Ryan Sampson when the embroidery is complete and he will distribute the bags.

PLEASE NOTE:  Orders will be completed as they are received; please allow up to 2 weeks from when Heartland Designs has received BOTH YOUR BAG AND YOUR EMBROIDERY ORDER for completion.
