ONLY ORDERS PLACED BY EMPLOYEES OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE FULFILLED. ALL OTHER ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED.  Orders will be invoiced separately to the Department. Orders will be delivered to the Health Department upon completion.

Every effort is made to keep inventory availability up-to-date.  However, on occasion, a garment color or size may become out-of-stock and not be reflected in the webstore.  If this occurs, we will contact you by email to arrange for a substitution.

Embroidered garments are custom-produced and non-returnable. Please check size charts in garment listings carefully.
