Orders will be invoiced separately to the Department. Production will begin after the Pre-order period. Orders will be delivered to the Health Department upon completion.

Every effort is made to keep inventory availability up-to-date.  However, on occasion, a garment color or size may become out-of-stock and not be reflected in the webstore.  If this occurs, we will contact you by email to arrange for a substitution.

Embroidered garments are custom-produced and non-returnable. Please check size charts in garment listings carefully.
